Halloween at the Zoo 2007 : This year we met up with the Mudd Family, Kristie, Steven and Brandon, to go the Halloween Party at the Zoo. We had SO much fun with them and the boys get along so well! They were so fun to watch! It's cool to see Max getting older and being able to interact with friends and kids his age. It was pretty warm on Saturday, so Max ditched his dragon costume pretty early on, lol. But a passerby called him Tarzan, so I guess that's what we'll say he was, hehe. Brandon had a super cute costume, a kangaroo! It was adorable! Thanks Kristie and Steven for going with us! We had such a great time! Can't wait to get the boys together again!!

Balloon Glow 2007 : The Kentucky Derby is held the first week in May every year and the few weeks before the Derby are filled with lots of fesivals and events to go to in Louisville. It's my favorite time of year!! Friday evening we went to the Balloon Glow. It's where all these hot air balloons gather in the evening and once it starts getting dark, they all light up at the same time. It's super cool. On Saturday morning there are a couple balloon races, but we've never been able to wake up early enough for them so we always just go to the Balloon Glow. Here are the pictures from Friday. It was neat watching them get the balloons up and going.

Cincinnati Zoo with Britney and Jessica : On Friday, Max and I drove up to Cincinnati to go to the zoo there with Jessica and Brittany. It was such a fun day!! Max loved it there and he had a great time with Brittany. We went back to Jessica's and Justin's afterwards and played around taking pictures. Mandy met us over there too. I wish we all lived closer!

Easter 2007 : What a great Easter!! Max really enjoyed everything about the holiday this year! It's so neat to watch him get older and understand more about what is going on with the holidays. He loved dying Easter eggs and thorougly enjoyed hunting for eggs! By the end of the weekend he was really good about finding them and getting the goodies out of the eggs fast! The Easter Egg Hunts were extremely cold this year. But we were still able to do them. I had a lot of fun with Easter this year! Probably my favorite holiday with Max so far!!

MDO Valentine's Party 2007 : Max's Mother's Day Out Program had a Valentine's Day party for all the kiddos. They had Ronald McDonald come and do a magic show. It was really cute! Max didn't care too much for him, but it was still cute. Then they all went back to their classrooms and had lunch! It was a fun day!

Labor Day Weekend 2006 : We went home this past Labor Day weekend for a family dinner. It was such a great time. We were able to spend time with some family members that I haven't seen in such a long time! We went to my aunt Charlotte's on Saturday for some food. Max had a blast! I don't think he has ever been so dirty in his whole life! She is building onto her house, so her yard is a little muddy. But all the kids had so much fun! On Sunday were at my Dad's and we just had such a relaxing day. Two of my brother's came over with their kids and I had to take lots of pictures of both! We spent some time on my dad's atv and some time with with the farm animals. Max was in heaven with all those animals! Enjoy the pictures from this weekend!

Pringles Boy : Earlier today the lady who usually does my hair called and asked if I would be able to take her little boys' pictures. In exchange for me waiving my sitting fee she was going to do my hair and makeup for free for my wedding. I thought, great deal!! So I went home and got all of my stuff set up and...she called and cancelled So I plopped Max down and took some pictures of him. I haven't taken the time to get any of him in a while. He still won't look at me when I want him to, but he is getting better. Oh and I used Mr. Wolfie to help me get my settings right, lol. Here are a few:
